美国促进数字隐私技术发展的举措及启示

Abstract: ＜正＞个人数据泄露事件频发，已成为数字时代发展的顽疾。数字隐私技术成为巩固数字时代发展的战略基础。各国开始重视数字隐私技术。2022年5月美国众议院通过《促进数字隐私技术法案》，旨在促进隐私技术水平发展，为数字经济发展提供良好的环境。本文将介绍该法案的背景及内容，并分析其对我国隐私技术发展的启示，提出鼓励数字隐私技术研发、制定数字隐私技术标准并加快数字隐私技术人才培养的建议。
