关于我国著作权立法的若干思考

Abstract: ＜正＞ 我国正在积极起草著作权法。著作权立法工作关系到文化、艺术、科学、教育等领域乃至整个国家、社会的利益,涉及面广,难度大,可以说是一项系统、复杂而艰巨的工程。该法在起草工作中遇到了很多问题,本文仅就其中的几个问题谈些看法。
