Abstract: In this paper,the Glue-Pressed Engineered Honeycomb Bamboo(GPEHB) used in the study of the principle of bionics.It makes the organic combination of the single bamboo,reducing the non-uniformity of bamboo,enhancing the carrying capacity of the original bamboo.And the strength ratio of hollow structure is better than that of the same volume other building materials.GPEHB are mainly used as a load-bearing column in the construction,so its axial compression performance is focused on the study of mec...
