Abstract: 【Objective】The objective of this study is to clone the open reading frame（ORF） of a gibberellin 2-oxidase gene（gibberellin2-oxidase 8, GA2 ox8） from apple cultivar ‘Sushuai’, to analyze its sequence characteristics and tissue expression specificity.
