Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microskin transplantation in repairing obese diabetic lower limb ulcer wounds.Methods A retrospective analysis of 34 obese diabetic patients with foot ulcers diagnosed and treated in our hospital from 2014 to 2020,including 21 males and 13 females;aged 61-74 years old.Wound debridement with or without Vacuum Sealing Drainage（VSD）were used before microskin transplantation.The area of the ulcer wound,the area of the skin removed,and the expansion rat...
