Abstract: In view of the difficulty of flotation separation of copper-lead sulfide ore, a new sulfuric acid pretreatment-flotation separation process was developed in this paper. The artificial mixed ore of galena and chalcopyrite was studied, and the main influencing factors and optimal process parameters for the separation of galena and chalcopyrite were studied and determined by using sulfuric acid pretreatment test and flotation test.
