Abstract: During the excavation of the Daxiagu tunnel of Emeishan to Hanyuan expressway, rock burst occurred many times, which affected the construction progress and safety. In addition, under the condition of high ground stress, the arch crown strata are easy to peel off and fall off. Therefore, the rock burst should be treated. This paper summarizes the treatment methods of domestic typical rock burst tunnels, analyzes the rock burst characteristics of Daxiagu tunnel, and puts forward targeted treatment measures for different rock burst sections according to the geological conditions and rock burst characteristics of Daxiagu tunnel.
