Abstract: 数据作为一种新的生产要素正在重塑各行各业。金融行业中，数据安全与隐私保护也是债券市场基础设施数字化转型中的重难点。本文从加强数据治理、加强数据保护、推动数据资产化三方面提出面向债券市场基础设施的数字化转型建议，并讨论包含联邦学习、多方安全计算和分布式账本在内的债券数据数字化转型关键技术及方案。
