Abstract: Based on the interactional perspective, this article looks into the interaction between the adverb hai（还）and the coupled-negation construction “X1+Y1?X2 hai Y2 ne（呢）!”from three aspects: the meaning-form interaction, grammar-form interaction, and usage-form interaction.
