Abstract: The contents of lead(Pb) in 1 549 ginger samples sold in the market of 8 cities in Guangxi were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The results were as follows: the average lead content was 0.089 3 mg·kg-1, detection rate was 43.8%, over-standard rate was19.6%.
