Abstract: IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis(IgG4-SC) is an IgG4-related disease involving the bile duct, with obstructive jaundice as the main manifestation, accompanied by abdominal pain and weight loss. The incidence rate of the disease is low. The disease lacks specific clinical manifestations, and there is no gold standard for diagnosis. This article reported the diagnosis and treatment of IgG4-SC.
