Abstract: 血浆中异常增高的免疫球蛋白可影响凝血功能检测中凝血酶时间（thrombin time,TT），使TT显著延长。反之异常的TT显著延长有时也能够提示患者血浆中有异常免疫球蛋白的干扰。现报道1例儿童原发性硬化性胆管炎患者血浆免疫球蛋白IgG水平升高伴TT延长1例。
