自身免疫性肝病合并干燥综合征一例报道

Abstract: ＜正＞自身免疫性肝病是因体内免疫功能紊乱引起的一组特殊类型的慢性肝病，包括自身免疫性肝炎（autoimmune hepatitis, AIH）、原发性胆汁性肝硬化（primary biliary cirrhosis, PBC）、原发性硬化性胆管炎（primary sclerosing cholangitis, PSC）以及PBC、PSC和AIH相互重叠的重叠综合征（overlap syndromes, OS）[1]。原发性干燥综合征（Primary Sjogren syndrome,p SS）是一种系统性自身免疫性疾病，组织学特征是大量淋巴细胞浸润于唾液和泪腺，主要浸润细胞为T细胞和B细胞[2]。1临床资料
