Abstract: To enhance the feedstock utilization rate of miscanthus lutarioriparius biomass, a hydrothermal liquefaction-surfactants enzymolysis coupling technology was designed to prepare xylooligosaccharides and other saccharides in this study. The reaction conditions were optimized using the response surface test and orthogonal experiments. During hydrothermal liquefaction stage, the highest saccharification efficiency could reach 59. 38% under the conditions of 190 ℃, 10 min. Maximum yield of xylooligos... More
