Abstract: 健全的金融市场基础设施监管体系是金融稳定的基石。然而,我国的金融市场基础设施监管存在监管理念模糊、法律制度零散、监管标准不统一、配套措施缺失等诸多问题。本文结合我国的实际情况和美国、英国、瑞士的监管经验,从监管理念塑造、法律规则完善、监管职权配置和监管绩效评估等几个方面进行探索性分析并提出完善建议。
